Do you only work with installation companies or also with individual customers?

Our offer is intended primarily for plumbers, installers, wholesalers and B2B customers. Individual customers can use the services of our installation partners.

What are the differences between monocrystalline and polycrystalline panels?

Monocrystalline panels are characterized by higher efficiency and better aesthetics, while polycrystalline panels are an economical solution for less demanding installations, we recommend that you contact our sales representative if you have any questions.

Do you offer energy storage systems and hybrid systems?

Yes, we provide advanced energy storage facilities that work with photovoltaic installations and hybrid solutions that increase energy independence. Our offer includes energy storage for individual customers, but also for companies and large-scale solutions.

How does photovoltaic installation monitoring work?

Thanks to specialized applications, it is possible to monitor the operation of the installation in real time, control energy production and quickly detect any discrepancies. Devices for monitoring the efficiency of installations, energy consumption or storage are usually an element supplied by the manufacturer whose products are installed at the customer’s site.

What is the KENO B2B platform?

It is a modern online system for our business partners, which allows us to quickly place orders, check product availability, view invoices and purchase history. The platform also has a program for selecting installations, calculators, information about promotions, discounts and other special offers for registered customers. On the B2B portal, we also run a loyalty program – energy points, thanks to which you can save on further purchases.

How do I get on the platform?

All you have to do is register on a B2B platform and provide your company details along with your tax identification number. Only individual entrepreneurs (JDGs) and companies can create an account that they can use on both the platform and the MyKeno app.

Is the current availability of products visible on the platform?

Yes. Inventory levels are updated in real-time, making it easier to plan investments and orders. You can also see the scheduled delivery time on the platform if the product is currently unavailable. It is also possible to sign up for the waitlist and turn on availability alerts.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. The platform provides an insight into the order processing phase – from receipt, through preparation for shipment, to delivery. An even simpler option recommended by Keno is to download the MyKeno app, where you can manage and check the status of your order anywhere, anytime.

Does KENO also install installations?

KENO does not perform installation for end customers – we cooperate with a network of installation companies, to whom we provide equipment and technical support.

Do you offer training for plumbers?

Yes. We organize regular product and technical training so that installers can carry out projects efficiently and safely. You can find a list of current trainings on our platform and website.

What technical support does the installer receive after purchase?

Our specialists help with equipment configuration, commissioning of systems and diagnosis of possible problems.
